Refund policy

Neon Void is a brand operated by Squidcode LLC. Because every item is made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand partner, we handle returns and refunds as follows.

Made-to-order products
Our products are printed or embroidered on demand when you place your order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size or color. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — and if you're unsure, email us at info@neonvoid.com before you buy and we'll help.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us at info@neonvoid.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out promptly.

Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 24 hours of purchase, before it enters production, and we'll do our best to help.

Refunds
Once an issue is approved, your replacement is produced and shipped, or your refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Where required by law for orders shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We honor genuine defect or damage claims regardless of location.
